The Interview
Our biggest challenge? Unforeseen equipment failures. These disruptions can lead to costly downtime and production delays. We needed a proactive solution to identify potential issues before they escalated, leading us to explore the world of data-driven maintenance.
The challenges were numerous. Imagine wading through a maze of outdated code with limited documentation, all while ensuring the smooth operation of a system that serves thousands of customers across multiple countries. We needed a development partner who wasn't afraid to get their hands dirty, a team that could navigate complexity and deliver a solution that met our needs.
Implementing a data-driven anomaly detection system was our vision, but we needed the right team to bring it to life. We were looking for Python developers with a good understanding of industrial machinery or related fields. This would ensure they could grasp the nuances of sensor data and its connection to machine health.
Additionally, we needed full-stack developers who could handle both the backend and frontend development of the system. And of course, cost was a crucial factor, as we had a fixed budget in mind.
Finding the perfect team proved to be a challenge. We needed developers who could bridge the gap between technical expertise and the practical world of industrial machinery. After careful consideration, we chose Curly Bracket as our partner. Their experience in Python development and building data-driven solutions made them a perfect fit.
Curly Bracket, with its expertise in Python development and experience in building data-driven solutions, was chosen as the ideal partner for this project. The initial team consisted of 4 Python developers with a strong understanding of industrial machinery and sensor data analysis. The project was completed within budget and on time, thanks to Curly Bracket's efficient development process and cost-effective solutions.
The anomaly detection system significantly reduced downtime by enabling proactive maintenance. Maintenance efficiency improved by allowing the team to focus on potential issues before they escalated. Equipment longevity was enhanced by identifying and addressing minor problems before they caused major failures. Electra gained a competitive advantage by offering their clients a more reliable and efficient maintenance service.
